As soon as you get in touch with us, we appoint a Duty Manager who becomes your main point of contact and takes overall responsibility for the detailed organisation and supervision of your event.

During the event, the Duty Manager is appointed as your personal aide to attend to all your needs, whether you have ordered one of our standard packages, commissioned a special event or simply want some help in hand through out the day.

The Zetland Suite is located on the third floor, it is the smallest of the conference rooms, however this makes it particularly suitable for small board meetings or as a syndicate room.

THE HARBOUR SUITE

The Harbour Suite is located on the second floor, with views over the ferry terminal and across to the island of Bressay. It is a multi-purpose room, making it suitable for board meetings, small conferences, training sessions, private dining and drinks receptions.

The St Catherine's Suite comprises the North and South rooms, or can be one complete suite when required. Typical uses include conferences, product launches, large receptions, weddings, dinners and dinner dances. The St Catherine's Suite is located on the fourth floor.
